Seggy is the author of a number of technical books on Electronic Product Design and

Portable Appliance Testing, drawing from his experiences in a career spent in these fields.

Since launching Ohm Books Publishing,

he has helped many authors bring their

books to a broader audience.

​​

Seggy and Jane Segaran are based in

York, United Kingom.

Jane is co-author of two books on sustainable cooking, which are based on her experience working with local community groups in the

UK and Sri Lanka

 

She has also recently published a book on

Sri Lankan vegetarian cooking.

 

She currently volunteers for an organisation that works with intercepted food, to prevent it going to landfill, and another that operates a community based ‘pay as you feel’ café.

Joseph joined the business in 2024. He has 20 years of experience as a bookseller.

Alongside working in a bookshop, he is a freelance artist making (amongst other things) illustrations of architecture.
