  • ABOUT THE AUTHOR

    After working in Education and Road Safety for a number of years, Jane ran a hospitality business. She has worked in the voluntary sector for many years improving lives for the homeless in York. Jane is currently involved in promoting sustainable cooking techniques both in the UK and Sri Lanka and has written and co authored several books.
